<p><strong>When will my order be shipped?</strong></p>
<p>All of our hair clips are custom made as they are ordered. It will ship between 3 – 5 business days after payment is received.</p>
<p><strong>What shipping method do you use?</strong></p>
<p>Orders are shipped First-Class <span class="caps">USPS</span>. It takes approximately 3-9 business days.</p>
<p>If you want delivery confirmation to track your package it will cost an extra $0.60.</p>
<p><strong>Do I have to pay sales tax?</strong></p>
<p>Florida State Tax of 7% will be added to all Florida orders.</p>
<p><strong>Can I get my package insured?</strong></p>
<p>Yes, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us to insure your package for a small fee.</p>
<p><strong>Do you offer International Orders?</strong></p>
<p>At the present time, we do not take international orders.</p>
