When will my order be shipped?
All of our hair clips are custom made as they are ordered. It will ship 3 business days after payment is received.
What shipping method do you use?
Orders are shipped First-Class USPS. It takes approximately 3-9 business days.
If you want delivery confirmation to track your package it will cost an extra $0.60.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Florida State Tax of 7% will be added to all Florida orders.
Can I get my package insured?
Yes, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us to insure your package for a small fee.
Do you offer International Orders?
At the present time, we do not take international orders.

Can I place my order by phone?
Tiny Bowtique is a web based retail store. We do not offer phone order placement.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
We also accept Payments with Paypal. Paypal is available worldwide and is free to use at www.paypal.com
Product FAQ’s
What Clips do you use on your baby hair clips?
1 3/4” alligator pinch clips are used on the toddler/girl clips and 1 1/4” snap clips on the baby clips. All clips are lined with ribbon and heat sealed to prevent fraying. Both of the styles are non slip and will grasp baby fine hair.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns?
Please note that there are no returns allowed. We will only exchange an item for an alternate one within 7 days. If an item is returned to be exchanged for an alternate, buyer pays shipping costs.

Do you offer a Catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog. All of our products can be viewed and purchased online.
